Rinner’s Jewelry offers free standard shipping within the United States on eligible orders.

Ready-to-Ship & In-Stock Jewelry
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed.

Design Your Own Ring & Custom Orders
Design Your Own Ring orders are made specifically for you and typically ship within 21 days after your order is confirmed. Special-order, resized, or customized items may require additional processing time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

High-value jewelry and diamond orders will require:

• Signature confirmation upon delivery

• Insured shipping

• Additional identity or payment verification when necessary

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. For security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and may not be able to change the delivery address after an order has been processed.

If your package appears lost, damaged, or has not arrived as expected, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
