Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Rinner’s Jewelry. Eligible purchases may be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, contact Rinner’s Jewelry within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returned merchandise must be:

In its original, unworn condition
Free from damage, scratches, wear, or signs of use
Unaltered and not resized, engraved, repaired, polished, or modified after delivery
Returned with all original packaging, certificates, grading reports, documentation, and accessories supplied with the purchase

All returned merchandise is inspected before a refund is approved.

Design Your Own Ring Orders

Design Your Own Ring purchases are eligible for our free 14-day return policy when the ring was ordered using our standard available configuration and is returned unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

Rings that have been engraved, specially modified, or custom-made outside our standard configurations are not eligible for return.

Loose Diamonds

Eligible loose diamonds may be returned within 14 days of delivery when returned in their original condition with the original grading report or certificate and all accompanying documentation.

Diamonds that have been altered, damaged, set into jewelry, or otherwise modified after delivery are not eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale:

Engraved merchandise
Specially modified or custom-made merchandise outside our standard configurations
Items resized or altered after delivery
Merchandise showing signs of wear, damage, or modification
Items missing required certificates, grading reports, documentation, or components
Completed trade-in transactions unless otherwise agreed to in writing

Free Return Shipping

Eligible purchases include free return shipping within the United States. Contact Rinner’s Jewelry within 14 days of delivery to receive return authorization and a prepaid, insured return shipping label.

Returns must be securely packaged and sent using the label and instructions provided by Rinner’s Jewelry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Rinner’s Jewelry does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Original expedited shipping charges and other optional services are nonrefundable. Processing time after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
