Rinner’s Jewelry stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of the jewelry we sell. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty protects the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for as long as they own the jewelry.
Our Promise to You
If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, contact us and send it back using the return instructions we provide. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will repair the manufacturing defect at no charge. If the item cannot be properly repaired, we will replace it with the same item or a comparable item of equal value at no charge.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Scratches, dents, discoloration, or finish changes

Worn, bent, broken, or damaged prongs

Damage caused by impact, accident, misuse, or improper care

Loss, theft, or disappearance of the jewelry

Loss or damage to diamonds or gemstones caused by worn or damaged settings

Resizing, repairs, or alterations performed by anyone not authorized by Rinner’s Jewelry

Damage resulting from failure to maintain or properly care for the jewelry
Diamonds and gemstones can become loose or damaged through normal wear or impact. We recommend having fine jewelry inspected regularly to help identify worn prongs or other maintenance needs before a stone is lost.
Requesting Warranty Service
Contact Rinner’s Jewelry before sending an item for inspection or repair. We will provide instructions for safely and securely shipping the jewelry to us.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
