Rinner’s Jewelry stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our new jewelry. We offer a lifetime warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the item.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that were present at the time of manufacture, including qualifying structural or craftsmanship issues in the jewelry mounting.
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, Rinner’s Jewelry may, at our discretion, repair the item or replace it with an item of comparable value.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Estate or pre-owned jewelry
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, discoloration, or worn metal
- Bent, worn, or damaged prongs
- Loose or lost diamonds or gemstones caused by wear, impact, or damage
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Loss, theft, or disappearance of the jewelry
- Damage caused by resizing, repair, alteration, or service performed by another jeweler
- Damage caused by chemicals, cleaning products, swimming pools, hot tubs, cosmetics, or similar exposure
- Conditions disclosed in the product description before purchase
Warranty Evaluation
Please contact Rinner’s Jewelry before sending any item for evaluation. We will provide shipping instructions and may require the item to be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection. If the issue is not covered, we will provide a repair estimate before any work is performed.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.
Independent jewelry insurance is strongly recommended to protect against loss, theft, accidental damage, and lost stones.
