Earth-mined Diamond Upgrades
Receive 100% credit of the original purchase price of your qualifying earth-mined diamond toward a new natural diamond priced at least 1.5 times the original diamond’s purchase price.
Lab-Grown Diamond Upgrades
Receive 100% credit of the original purchase price of your qualifying lab-grown diamond toward a new lab-grown diamond priced at least 2 times the original diamond’s purchase price.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Lifetime Diamond Upgrade program, the original diamond must:
- Have been purchased from Rinner’s Jewelry.
- Be returned in saleable condition and free from damage.
- Be accompanied by the original grading report or documentation provided with the diamond.
- Be exchanged for another diamond of the same category: earth-mined for earth-mined, or lab-grown for lab-grown.
The program applies to qualifying white diamonds. It does not apply to ring settings, finished jewelry, colored gemstones, or fancy-color diamonds.
Your Upgrade Credit
Your upgrade credit is based on the original purchase price of the diamond only. Taxes, shipping charges, setting costs, labor, and other fees are not included in the upgrade credit.
If your new diamond will not fit your existing ring setting, modification or replacement of the setting may be necessary and will be priced separately.
Final Sale
Diamonds purchased through the Lifetime Diamond Upgrade program are final sale. Any newly purchased ring setting remains subject to the applicable Rinner’s Jewelry warranty, resizing, and service policies.
